  • "Services" refers to our online and in-person programming courses, tutorials, and educational materials.
  • "User," "you," "your" refers to individuals who access our website or enroll in our courses.
  • "Content" refers to all course materials, videos, code examples, and other educational resources.

2. Account Registration

To enroll in our courses, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years of age or have parental consent
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Course Enrollment and Payment

3.1 Enrollment Process

Course enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Enrollment is subject to availability and may be limited.

3.2 Payment Terms

  • All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified
  • Payment must be made in full before course access is granted, unless an installment plan is arranged
  • We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and cash payments
  • All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy

3.3 Installment Plans

For eligible courses, we offer installment payment plans. Specific terms and conditions apply. Contact us for details.

4. Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: Available within 7 days of course start date if you are unsatisfied with the course
  • Partial Refund: 50% refund available between 8-14 days of course start
  • No Refund: After 14 days from course start, no refunds will be issued
  • Exceptions: Medical emergencies or exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Content

All course content, including but not limited to videos, written materials, code examples, graphics, and trademarks, are the property of BakuCodeLab and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5.2 Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

5.3 Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials
  • Share your account access with others
  • Record or capture course sessions without written permission
  • Use course materials for commercial purposes
  • Create derivative works from our content

6. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

  • Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
  • Participate actively and constructively in learning activities
  • Complete assignments and projects honestly (no plagiarism)
  • Attend scheduled sessions or notify instructors of absences in advance
  • Follow all applicable laws and regulations

Violation of the code of conduct may result in removal from the course without refund.

7. Course Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify course content to improve quality or reflect industry changes
  • Change course schedules with reasonable notice
  • Substitute instructors when necessary
  • Cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment (with full refund)

8. Certificates

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of a course, which typically requires:

  • Attendance of at least 80% of sessions
  • Completion of required assignments and projects
  • Passing any required assessments

Certificates are issued digitally and may be verified upon request.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course
  • We do not guarantee employment or specific career outcomes

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be:

  • First attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
  • If unresolved, submitted to mediation in Baku, Azerbaijan
  • Subject to the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees
